Education & metodological Lineage
Dagmara Fajnorová is a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (Vysoká škola múzických umení, Slovakia), specialised in Classical Ballet Pedagogy and Didactics for Professional Dance Conservatoires.
Her education is firmly rooted in the Vaganova classical methodology, with a strong emphasis on clean academic technique, structural discipline and long-term professional dancer development.
Her pedagogical work focuses on building technically sound, artistically intelligent and physically prepared dancers capable of sustaining professional careers.
Artistic Work and Production
In 2019, Dagmara Fajnorová created and produced the full-length original ballet fairy-tale production
“The Christmas Enchanted Journey”, presented at major Slovak theatre stages including:
• Slovak National Theatre (SND)
• New Stage Theatre (Nová scéna)
• DPOH Bratislava
She was the sole creator of the project — author of the story and texts, choreographer, voice-over artist, musical dramaturge and visual concept coordinator — establishing a complete independent production structure from concept to stage realisation.
The production was successfully performed over three consecutive seasons.
Competition & Student Achievements
Under her direction, students of Fajnorova Ballet Academy regularly achieve top placements at national and international ballet competitions, including multiple first-place awards at events such as:
• VIBE International Dance Competition
• Czech Republic Ballet Competitions
Dagmara Fajnorová is known for her selective, quality-based coaching approach, entering competitions only with dancers prepared to meet elite technical and artistic standards.

Dagmara Fajnorová is the Founder and Artistic Director of Fajnorova Ballet Academy, a selective Pre-Professional Ballet Training Base currently serving as the training home of a Royal Ballet School Semi-Finalist.
Her work is dedicated to conservatoire-level preparation, international academy placement and long-term career development planning.
My work is based on responsibility, consistency, and respect for the dancer’s body.
