Training is supported by an informed physical conditioning approach.
The Academy’s Artistic Director is also a certified personal trainer, allowing for coordinated ballet-specific strength work, body awareness development and injury-prevention focused training.

Students are prepared gradually, with respect to their physical development, artistic growth and personal readiness for professional training environments.

The Academy currently serves as the training base of a Royal Ballet School Semi-Finalist and continues to support a small number of selected students following international conservatoire pathways.
